The Monix Mineral Series pan is made from cast aluminium, with Monix's innovative 3-layer Quantanium PFOA-free non-stick coating, where small titanium particles are mixed into the coating, increasing the hardness of the surface and providing excellent non-stick performance, three times better than standard coatings.

Thanks to the METALTEC surface treatment technology, this pan has three times the lifetime.

It features a solid stainless steel handle that fits perfectly and a 4 mm thick base that diffuses heat for homogeneous cooking.

The Mineral pan can be used on all heat sources, including induction.
