Compatible with all hobs (gas, ceramic, induction, electric), it is made of extremely durable 18/10 stainless steel and has a heat-resistant bakelite handle. 

In order to make the most of the heat transmission efficiency, the base of the cooker is made of a triple diffusion of stainless steel, aluminium and stainless steel for a homogeneous distribution of the energy transmitted by the hob. 

The Selecta has 3 cooking programs, for vegetables, meat and fish and a pressure regulator that allows you to select the pressure gradually (Select & Cook system).

The function valve allows you to select the cooking pressure gradually. The recommended cooking pressures are indicated on the lid with three types of icograms representing three different pressure levels.

The lid of the cooker opens and closes easily, with minimum effort and maximum safety.

In order to ensure maximum safety levels during use, Selecta is equipped with a triple safety system: Automatic lid locking system, safety valve and lateral safety vent.
